Three exciting opportunities to become part of the Excel Property Services team.

This autumn, we are looking to welcome three new members of staff to the Excel Property Services team. Open positions include Lettings Negotiator, Japanese Lettings Negotiator and Lettings Administrator/Property Manager roles.

We’re seeking experienced professionals to work closely with a host of high calibre tenants, as well as major international companies, institutions and embassies as part of our established lettings team.

All of the roles are full-time and based out of our Finchley Road, NW3 office. Due to Excel Property Services highly respected reputation, built up since our establishment in 1993, the right candidates will possess the following key skills and attitudes to maintain and enhance our position in the market.

Lettings Negotiator

This role will involve dealing with applicants, carrying out viewings of properties, generating new business through different marketing channels and assisting with the marketing of rental properties.

Key skills:

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of current lettings legislation
  • Hold a driving licence valid in the UK
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
  • Fluency in a second language would be an advantage but is not essential

A very competitive basic salary with commission structure is available for the right candidate.

Japanese Lettings Negotiator

This role requires an experienced Japanese Lettings Negotiator to work closely with our extensive network of Japanese corporate contacts to place their employees in suitable rental properties from within our established Japanese corporate desk. As the first English agency to open a dedicated Japanese lettings desk many years ago, we have built up a highly respected reputation with major Japanese companies, institutions and the Embassy.

Key skills:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of current lettings legislation
  • Hold a driving licence valid in the UK
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong organisational skills

Comprehensive training will be provided and a very competitive basic salary with bonus structure is available for the right candidate.

Lettings Administrator/Property Manager

This role will involve dealing with the day-to-day management of our portfolio of let properties, liaising with current tenants and contractors, as well as providing administrative support to the lettings team.

Key skills:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of current lettings legislation
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
  • Fluency in a second language would be an advantage but is not essential

A very competitive basic salary with bonus structure is available for the right candidate.
