Kiri also offers a wealth of experience in the management of a large portfolio of residential properties, He has an in depth knowledge to design, plan and oversee the refurbishment of residential apartments & houses, maximising investor clients’ rental returns and capital appreciation.
Tas Gregoriou
Director/Sales
Also from North London, Tas has accumulated over 17 years’ experience in the property industry, specialising in Japanese Corporate and Embassy lettings. He has gained extensive experience of handling the contractual side of negotiations having worked with a range of clients including large PLCs, embassies and high calibre professionals. With a strong ability to understand customer needs, Tas offers valuable advice on all property related matters. Now specialising in property sales within North West and Central London, his excellent negotiating skills have resulted in sales of high quality property mainly to rental investors. Tas prides himself on his high level of customer service.
Di Gong
Property Manager
Originating from Mainland China, Di comes from a financial services and IT background and has now developed over 5 years’ property letting experience. Di specialises in letting property around North West and Central London and offers excellent knowledge for rental valuations, assisting Landlords as well as working well with tenants. Di offers excellent and attentive service, an enthusiastic attitude and a fresh, honest approach, which is appreciated by Landlords and Tenants alike. Throughout his time with Excel, Di has built up a strong network of clients, specifically within the Asian community enabling the company to provide Landlords with a high calibre of potential tenants. Di also works closely with Chinese property investors that are looking for rental opportunities in London.
Adam Ray

Born and raised in North London, Adam joined Excel in 2009 after gaining an Engineering degree from Loughborough University and has quickly established himself within the company, developing valuable relationships with clients. Predominantly working within property management, Adam provides clients with a reliable and efficient service, ensuring peace of mind for Landlords and Tenants alike throughout the letting process.
